Nursing Care Coordinator

You will work closely with our nursing staff to plan and implement resident care plans, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.
About the JobThis is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Our residents require a high level of care, and we rely on our nurses to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with our nursing staff.
- Administer medications and review medication cards for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and charts for our residents.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing personnel.
- A current, unencumbered LPN license in this state.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws and regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident care information according to HIPAA guidelines.
