About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Care Manager to join our team at Lebanon Care Center LLC. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior residents.

As a Resident Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

The successful candidate will have a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state. At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and revising of the Minimum Data Set (MDS), including the implementation of Care Area Assessments (CAAs) and triggers.
  • Review nurses' notes to ensure they are informative and descriptive of the nursing care being provided and the resident's response to care and wishes.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
  • Make recommendations for new or updated procedures, policies, methods, education, reference material, and general nursing practices to ensure the highest level of quality patient care.
