As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Our front desk agents are the first point of contact for our guests, and your contributions will directly impact their experience.
Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs throughout their stay.
In addition to guest services, you will assist with general hotel operations, including maintaining inventory, preparing guest rooms, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel.
We are a close-knit team, and every member plays a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality.Details:
Schedule: Fixed weekly, 4-5 days, 20-30 hours per week
Shifts:
Morning and afternoon shifts, with occasional weekend and holiday availability required.
No overnight shifts. Must be available for on-call duties one or two evenings per week for rare after-hours guest service needs.
After-hours coverage is compensated.Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills (Windows, Office)
A genuine passion for guest satisfaction - we strive to provide the best hospitality experience for our guests.
Must have local knowledge and be a resident for at least one year.
Previous customer service experience and/or administrative experience is preferred (hospitality experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a positive demeanor are essential.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Background check will be conducted.
