Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, light cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, mobility assistance, and transfers.
  • Provide personal care including dressing, bathing, mobility support, incontinence assistance, and other related services.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction for seniors and their families.
  • Remind clients to take their medications.
  • Record care provided using an electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Training or certification as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Availability for flexible scheduling is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Check.

ABOUT CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC: Care and Help Home Care, LLC provides non-skilled services to individuals in their residences or other independent living settings. These services encompass assistance with self-administration of medications, personal care such as hygiene, dressing, and feeding, homemaking tasks including cleaning, shopping, meal planning and preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite care. We conduct necessary criminal background checks on all staff. Additionally, we perform physicals and tuberculosis screenings for all direct care workers and office personnel with direct consumer contact upon hiring and annually thereafter. Direct care workers are required to complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of practical training and a competency evaluation or a state certification program. This training covers essential topics such as personal hygiene, safe transfer techniques, infection control, and basic nutrition. All direct care workers receive supervised practical training before engaging in direct consumer contact or verification of prior experience.
