Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal care assistant or in a similar role.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
