Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including errands, light cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, mobility assistance, and transfers.
  • Provide personal care services such as dressing, bathing, mobility support, incontinence care, and other essential services.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families.
  • Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
  • Document care provided using an electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
Qualifications:
  • Training or certification as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Care Worker (DCW), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Open availability is highly preferred
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check

ABOUT CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC: Care and Help Home Care, LLC provides non-medical services to individuals in their residences or other independent living settings. Our services encompass assistance with medication management, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping, transportation, companionship, and respite care. We conduct thorough background checks on all staff and require physicals and tuberculosis screenings for all direct care workers and office personnel with consumer contact upon hiring and annually thereafter. All direct care workers must complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of training or practical experience and pass a competency evaluation or state certification program. This training includes essential topics such as personal hygiene, safe transfer techniques, infection control, and basic nutrition. All direct care workers receive supervised practical training before engaging directly with clients.
