Aveanna Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN

Full-Time Availability - Weekdays

Aveanna's Private Duty nurses provide personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our nurses work closely with patients and their families to develop a care plan that meets their unique needs and goals.

We currently have patients and openings in:

  • Round Rock
  • Georgetown
  • Hutto
  • Surrounding Areas

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing education and training to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • One year of experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferably in home health)
