Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately install electronic components and jumper wires following detailed instructions, drawings, or schematics.
  • Ensure soldered connections meet established quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively for positioning components and assisting in assembly tasks, including wire stripping and lead forming.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with component identification.
  • Understanding of bills of materials, assembly drawings, and product-specific documentation.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 standards across all classifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in circuit board manufacturing.
  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications are preferred.
