Key Responsibilities

  • Manually assemble electronic components and jumper wires following detailed instructions, drawings, or schematics.
  • Ensure soldered connections meet established quality standards.
  • Utilize small hand tools for positioning components to facilitate assembly, wire stripping, and lead forming.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with component identification.
  • Understanding of bills of materials, assembly drawings, product-specific documentation, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 standards across all classifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in circuit board manufacturing.
  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certifications.
