**Aerotek is hiring for Electronic Assemblers in the Windsor Mill, MD area****Qualified candidates will perform the following:**+ Responsible for manufacturing and producing finished circuit boards, as well as documenting testing and quality checks.+ Candidates must possess a working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 standards, and be adept at operating visual magnification devices (scope), and interpreting basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices.+ This position requires the ability to work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment while fostering and maintaining professional and productive relationships with staff and management.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer-based applications, are essential.+ Working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001+ Operate visual magnification devices (scope)+ Interpret electronic measuring devices+ Interpret mechanical measuring devices+ Proficiency in computer-based applicationShift hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday**Qualified candidates who apply to this posting directly will receive an interview within 48 hours of application****About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
