Job Title: Medical Devices Inventory Associate

At Prescott's, Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Devices Inventory Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for managing our inventory of medical devices and their components, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and availability for refurbishment and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, implement storage solutions, and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and control.
  • Collaborate with assembly and refurbishment teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Process incoming products and components, including receiving, quality checks, and updating inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing parts for shipping, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve inventory-related inquiries.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management and storage solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Provide assistance with shipping and receiving as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous use of microscopes and/or small parts assembly experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer and data entry experience is essential (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic understanding of medical devices and components is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift, move boxes and/or merchandise, and carry items up to 50 to 100 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies related to inventory management.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
