Surgical Microscope Repair Specialist

Prescott's, Inc, a leading medical device company, is seeking a skilled Surgical Microscope Repair Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing and repairing surgical microscopes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Refurbish and repair surgical microscopes, including cleaning, repairing, and painting components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and optical issues with surgical microscopes.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure timely delivery of refurbished microscopes.
• Assist with the receiving, cataloging, and organization of surgical microscope inventory.
• Collaborate with the Service and Inventory departments to maintain inventory control of accessories.

Requirements

• 0-1+ years of work-related experience in mechanical repair or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with mechanical repair and refurbishment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 60lbs+ and work in a fast-paced environment.
