Job Opportunity: Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to a young adult female client in their New Durham, NH home.

Job Summary:

As a Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our client with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. You will also provide medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the client
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the client
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that bring joy to the client
  • Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in NH
  • Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
  • Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and transportation
