Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to serve as the first point-of-contact for families, discharge planners, and other new resident referral sources.
The Admissions Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the excellence in healthcare offered by Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center and ensure that the community is aware of our services.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions from families and referral sources
- Conducting tours of the facility and coordinating the referral-to-admission process for inpatient rehabilitative services
- Collaborating with the Admissions Director to achieve census goals and drive business results
- Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and the community
- Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to promote the center's services
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in sales and marketing, as well as public speaking, is highly desirable.
