Job Summary

Rimkus Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our expert services and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute competitive sales and relationship development strategies to secure maximum market potential and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue prospective clients, leveraging internal and external resources to develop new relationships and opportunities.
  • Sell our services to prospective clients, including insurance carriers, law firms, corporate and commercial clients, and municipalities/government agencies.
  • Reinforce relationships with current clients through regular contact and promotion of value-added services for future business.
  • Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) system database with accurate documentation of contacts, activities, leads, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • B.B.A Marketing/Business degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in marketing, sales, or service.
  • Real Estate Debt Due Diligence Services experience and understanding of Debt GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise)/Equity.
  • An understanding of PCA requirements for Fannie/Freddie.
  • A high level of professionalism, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a professional dress and demeanor.
Working Conditions

This position requires up to 40% travel and occasional overtime. The salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location, and certifications/licensure.
