About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Implementation Team Lead to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process for our customers, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use our technology.
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns, working closely with the Customer Success team to resolve them.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices, ensuring our implementation process is efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer implementation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading implementation projects, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
