Position Summary
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized care plans for patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach. You take pride in crafting tailored care strategies for patients and possess the ability to observe and communicate effectively in the best interest of those you serve. To excel in this role, you should have proven expertise in contemporary nursing practices along with a strong inclination towards problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate, plan, implement, and assess patient care strategies
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse effects or reactions
  • Record any changes in patient conditions and report these changes
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient care and share observations with supervisory staff
  • Willingness to travel to patients' locations as required
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and patient care abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid and CPR certification required
  • Previous experience in hospice care is advantageous
