HealthONE is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Acute Care department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support through the AHA or ARC.
  • Registered Nurse, Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
  • Bachelors Degree, Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelor's degree in health related field required.
