As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving corrective and continuous improvement initiatives to our product, QMS, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) strategy and ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA registration.
  • Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve quality control issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and assign training procedures to quality personnel in all departments.
  • Implement root-cause analyses and problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Establish and implement metrics for monitoring system effectiveness and enabling sound product quality decisions.
  • Analyze customer product specifications to establish efficient and cost-effective requirements for ease of manufacture and reproducibility.
  • Recommend equipment for use in the quality lab and train personnel on its use.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and 5+ years of quality/engineering activities in a medical device environment or related manufacturing experience.
  • BS in Engineering or related experience.
  • Leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks when necessary.
