Job Summary

Mr. Greens Produce Inc is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service function, you will play a vital role in resolving escalated customer issues, working with clients and vendors to resolve concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, their orders placed, delivery times, etc.
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide excellent customer service and aim to answer questions on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach.
  • Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation, and warehouse.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
  • High computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and still be a team player.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of a minimum of 2 years work history in a related field.
