Senior Training and Events Manager
The Training and Events Specialist position at Interparfums Luxury Brands is designed to assist the Senior Training and Events Manager in the daily operations of the department. This role is pivotal in supporting the promotion of leading US fragrance brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Development
Contribute to the creation of extensive training programs and events that align with brand goals.
Assist in the development and distribution of training manuals and resources aimed at achieving effective training outcomes.
Collaborate with the Field team to enhance product understanding, foster selling capabilities, and promote team management and business reporting skills.
Work alongside Marketing and Creative teams to produce branded training materials.
Engage actively in updating and maintaining content on My Fragrance Club.
Coordinate with Sales Administration and Sales Planning teams to fulfill the educational needs of the field sales force and retailer requirements.
Manage the preparation of monthly and bi-annual sales communication documents, launch kits, and retailer-specific requests.
- Educational Facilitation
Assist in organizing and executing National Education Conferences, Regional and National Sales Meetings, and retailer conferences.
Develop PowerPoint presentations and webinars as necessary for training and presentations.
Support the ideation and execution of in-store events and Masterclasses, ensuring they are engaging and results-driven.
Collaborate with both French and US Marketing teams to create retailer-specific educational videos and programs.
Partner with the French customer experience team to continually enhance the success of My Fragrance Club.
Provide assistance with training during special events.
- Administrative Duties
Assist in forecasting and planning all training materials required for various curriculums.
Ensure timely completion of all training manuals and materials.
Submit creative requests and project briefs as necessary.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to guarantee timely delivery of educational orders.
Manage the daily budget for Training Materials, tracking all expenditures and reporting any discrepancies.
Prepare and coordinate ABS orders for Training/Events, My Fragrance Club, and other field requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in the fragrance and/or beauty industry, preferably in education
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage departmental budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
