Job Title: Event Medical Specialist

Location: Nationwide

CrowdRx is currently seeking Event Medical Specialists to provide high-quality patient care and customer service at special events across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx's operational objectives.
  • Deliver on-site basic life support level care following medical guidelines and protocols.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to calls for medical assistance and safety concerns.
  • Coordinate patient transport as needed, ensuring timely and safe movement.
  • Communicate effectively with event staff, local officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize medical equipment and supplies for patient care and treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient care documentation.
  • Ensure certifications and training are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain first aid offices and equipment, ensuring they are fully stocked and functional.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Communicate public health issues and concerns to venue staff and other relevant parties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • State EMT or Paramedic certification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least one year of experience in emergency medical services (EMS).
  • Customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Knowledge of special event operations and management.
