KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support various business functions. This role is pivotal in the execution of operational processes and financial oversight.

Role Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is tasked with assisting in the management of operational and capital budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing cash flow management. This position plays a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the annual budgeting cycle, monthly forecasts, and the month-end closing process, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Core Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive cost accounting tasks, including variance analysis and standard cost formulation.
  • Provide financial guidance to operational leadership, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of new business initiatives while identifying opportunities to minimize overhead costs.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis on operational activities, encompassing productivity metrics, capital expenditures, and budget forecasts.
  • Prepare and disseminate financial reports, translating complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Articulate operational performance through detailed Profit and Loss statements.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee internal control processes, identifying and addressing potential weaknesses.
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data to support informed business decisions.
  • Enhance technical and communication skills through ongoing professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
