Kforce Inc. is in search of a Power BI Developer/Modeler. The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Conducting analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, implementation, maintenance, integration, customization, and enhancement of both existing and new systems.
  • Utilizing suitable Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technologies to oversee development activities.
  • Automating the transition of code releases from development to operational environments.
  • Engaging in change management and service ticket management processes, which include receiving requests, monitoring resolutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Leading projects as necessary and fostering a robust understanding of the solutions being delivered.
  • Guaranteeing user satisfaction through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt resolution of complex issues.
  • Designing, developing, and testing experimental application work to explore new concepts within defined cost and time constraints.
  • Ensuring that application processes adhere to corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental, and technical policies, as well as applicable standards and legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must possess experience in a comparable role or demonstrate significant knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to effectively perform the responsibilities outlined.
  • Relevant education and/or training will be regarded as advantageous.

The compensation range reflects the lowest to highest pay we reasonably believe we would offer for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contracts, and business needs. This range may be subject to change in the future.

Kforce Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless mandated by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project may qualify for paid sick leave.

Note: Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remain at Kforce's discretion until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.

This position is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
