KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer/Modeler to join our team. The selected candidate will:

  • Evaluate, design, create, test, troubleshoot, implement, maintain, integrate, customize, and enhance both existing and new systems.
  • Utilize suitable Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technologies to oversee development tasks.
  • Streamline the transition of code releases from development to operational environments.
  • Engage in change management and service ticket management processes, ensuring effective resolution monitoring and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead projects as necessary, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the solutions being delivered.
  • Guarantee user satisfaction through proactive maintenance, problem-solving, and timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate experimental application work to explore new concepts within defined cost and time constraints.
  • Ensure that application processes adhere to corporate social responsibility, security, compliance, environmental standards, and applicable legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must have relevant experience in a similar role or possess substantial knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively fulfill the responsibilities outlined.
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered advantageous.

The compensation range reflects the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would offer for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contracts, and business needs. This range may be adjusted in the future.

Kforce Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), as well as life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless mandated by law. Hourly employees working on a Service Contract Act project are entitled to paid sick leave.

Note: Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remain at Kforce's discretion until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.

This position is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
