As a key member of our site's mechanical integrity program, you will be responsible for leading the evaluation of asset inspection results, ensuring compliance with industry and corporate standards, and providing technical expertise to site inspectors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement mechanical integrity programs to ensure the reliability and safety of fixed equipment, piping, and structures.
  • Collaborate with site inspectors and engineers to evaluate asset inspection results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain MI inspection databases and ensure accurate tracking of asset conditions.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Develop and maintain spare parts lists and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Perform risk analysis assessments and propose MOCs to improve equipment reliability.
  • Develop and implement equipment PM programs to ensure regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Oversee third-party contractor QA/QC inspections and documentation.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance teams for federal and state regulatory audits.
Requirements:
  • High School Education
  • 15+ years combined experience in inspections and mechanical integrity
  • Proficiency with internet, email, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience reading and understanding P&ID and ISO drawings
  • API codes knowledge of API 510 & 570
  • Certifications of API 510 & 570 (desirable)
  • Proficiency with IBM MAXIMO and SAP (desirable)
  • Methodologies of RFCA, Apollo (desirable)
