We are currently seeking a highly qualified Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our North America HR team as we expand into new markets and introduce innovative products and applications.


Position Overview:
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager for North America, the Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.

Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive, world-class recruitment strategy, sourcing top-tier talent, and establishing a robust and diverse candidate pipeline to meet both current and future organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment:

Formulate and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting highly skilled professionals, particularly those with expertise in emerging technologies and innovations.


Sourcing & Screening:

Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist top candidates.


Candidate Experience:

Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Provide timely communication and feedback to all candidates.


Pipeline Development:

Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical and specialized roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.


Data-Driven Decisions:

Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decisions and continuously enhance the hiring process. Provide regular reports and insights to the HR leadership team.


Employer Branding:

Engage in and support employer branding initiatives to bolster our reputation as an employer of choice. Attend industry events and career fairs to promote our brand.


Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with the overall recruitment strategy. Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions that attract the right talent.

Work in partnership with HR business partners in North America to facilitate timely hiring decisions and comprehend the short and long-term talent needs of the organization. Liaise with Asia Pacific colleagues to develop a scalable talent strategy that supports our geographic growth initiatives.


Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.


Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring for specialized and technical roles. Experience in a senior or specialist capacity is preferred.


Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Experience in identifying and implementing a new ATS is an asset.


Attributes:

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse and distributed team across North America and Asia Pacific.


Preferred:
