Midtown Health Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled Community Relations Coordinator to support our mission to provide quality healthcare services to underserved communities.
About the Role
This dynamic position will involve developing and implementing community outreach strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collecting data to inform program development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Outreach and Engagement: Design and execute outreach plans to promote Midtown Health Center's services and programs, engaging with diverse communities through events, marketing materials, and coordination with healthcare professionals.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data on outreach activities, providing actionable insights to inform program development and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community members, and other stakeholders to identify areas of need and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, combined with at least two years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or outreach activities.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak to both large and small groups; proficiency in software applications, including electronic health records systems; knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations; and bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills highly desired.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
