About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units, and removing debris from the roof.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
  • Participate in deep cleaning procedures and adhere to our high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow instructions and take direction from management.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
