About the Role

As a Senior Application Developer at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will lead the design, development, and testing of applications that drive business success. With a strong background in .NET and C#, you will be responsible for creating scalable and high-performance applications using frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework. Your expertise in database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle will be crucial in designing and optimizing databases for our applications. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications using .NET and C#
Implement frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework for building robust web applications
Work with database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle to design and optimize databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET/C# development and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and learning

Requirements

5+ years of development experience
Strong background in .NET and C#
Experience with frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework
Knowledge of database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and source control systems like Git, is also a plus.
