Analyze and process customer requests with Our Daily Bread Ministries.

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Determine the best course of action for customer requests, including problem-solving and next steps.
  2. Analyze customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Communicate with team leaders regarding problem-solving, solutions, and trends.
  4. Meet established performance goals, including customer service, productivity, and quality standards.
  5. Study and apply knowledge of customer requests and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with teammates and other Contact Center teams.
  7. Ensure confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

  • High school graduate with a strong foundation in reading and math.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Windows and email.
  • Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to assimilate and recall detailed information.
  • Must possess good time management and online searching skills.
  • 1 year of on-the-job experience to become efficient.
  • Strive to live a life consistent with biblical principles and demonstrate spiritual growth.
