Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate costs of repairs and communicate with customers
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for service and repair
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician; experience with Honda vehicles a plus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
