Key Responsibilities- Receive and prioritize repair orders from our dispatch team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate effectively with our parts department to obtain necessary components.
- Document all work performed, including any additional safety or service recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and attend training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all company safety policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Mainline experience.
- ASE/MB certification and ability to perform diagnostics, warranty/recalls, and maintenance tasks proficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
