Position Overview:

The Automotive Apprentice Technician is required to have completed a formal training program in automotive technology. This role involves executing vehicle maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the supervising technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The apprentice will be paired with a 'Mentor', typically a Master Technician, who will guide them in understanding dealership processes and share valuable technical expertise.
  • Carry out tasks as specified in the repair order.
Identify the source of any issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Seek guidance from your Mentor, Team Leader, or Shop Foreman whenever questions arise or assistance is needed.
  • Inspect vehicles to recommend any additional services that may be necessary.
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training sessions.
  • Stay updated with factory technical bulletins.
  • *Engage in a comprehensive training program within a working shop environment.
*Receive competitive compensation throughout the apprenticeship period.
