Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicles: Use your advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors: Work closely with our Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to our customers' concerns.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough and accurate digital vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Continuously Improve Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry, continuously building your expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians to solve complex problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Adhere to Safety and Cleanliness Standards: Follow and promote our high standards of safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Treat our customers and colleagues with respect and integrity, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • Certifications: 3+ ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
  • Skills: Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles, aptitude for learning additional skills and processes, professional appearance, and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds, work with tools on vehicles lifted above head, work in tight spaces, have needed dexterity to use hand tools, walk/stand for majority of workday, drive manual transmission vehicles, and efficiently navigate computer/tablet.
