Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain occupancy rates in line with set targets.
  • Execute daily marketing initiatives across social media and property listing services.
  • Conduct comprehensive property tours for prospective tenants.
  • Manage communication via email with tenants, prospects, and team members.
  • Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers and brochures.
  • Assist Property Managers with daily operational tasks.
  • Support lease renewal processes.
  • Review rental applications and leases for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate the turnover process for vacant units.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants, verify income, and manage documentation.
  • Inspect vacant apartments post-maintenance to ensure readiness for showings.
  • Perform daily property walkthroughs to ensure common areas are well-maintained.
  • Conduct move-in procedures and property tours during business hours or by appointment.
  • Prepare weekly vacancy reports and maintain up-to-date resident lists.
  • Utilize property management software to keep market rents and additional charges accurate.
  • Compile weekly lease activity and occupancy reports.
  • Update social media marketing pages with current leasing opportunities and community news.
  • Create marketing funnels and communicate with prospects via email.
  • Collect and analyze market survey data on a weekly basis.
  • Manage utility services for rental properties.
  • Process tenant maintenance requests.
  • Follow up with tenants to confirm completion of work orders.
  • Perform additional property management tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in leasing.
  • Knowledge of property management and fair housing regulations.
  • Proficient in property management software and Excel.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Dependable and adaptable with a collaborative spirit.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Work Schedule:
The standard work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with overtime compensated according to applicable labor laws.
