Job Summary:The Family Health- Bypass Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant Pediatrics-Full Time will provide patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider.
- Meets the communication needs of the patient / family and medical provider.
- Maintains and follows regulatory requirements and policies and procedures.
- Communicates with medical providers and staff about patient's clinical condition.
- Graduate of a medical assistant program.
- Previous experience in medical practice is preferred.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Registered with American Medical Technologist or Certified with American Association of Medical Assistants Preferred.
- Communication Excellence.
- Knowledge and ability to work in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees and physicians.
