We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical center.
Job SummaryThe RN New Graduate Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for new graduates to transition into a professional nursing role while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship. This program is designed to support the development of our nurses as they gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and adhering to professional standards of practice.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve overall care quality.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework.
- Promote holistic care by advocating for patients and families.
- Develop critical thinking skills through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
The salary range for this position is $32.57 - $55.09 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on individual performance and qualifications.
