At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN to join our team as a Float Pool Nurse. About the RoleThis position involves working on an ad-hoc basis across various nursing units within our medical center. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in different clinical settings and develop your skills in responding to changing healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to maintain standards of professional practice.
- Assume the duties of absent nursing personnel or assist in times of heavy workload.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in acute care or specialty nursing setting, including telemetry experience.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- BCLS Certified; must satisfactorily complete ACLS course according to subsidiary guidelines.
- Competitive salary range $34.10 - $57.69 per hour.
