Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at ICONMA. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in representing our company to patients and ensuring the collection of high-quality blood samples for lab testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and maintain a positive image of our company.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
