As a Front Office Supervisor at CSM Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service standards. You will work closely with staff to train and model best practices, and hold team members accountable for meeting service expectations. Your goal will be to anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a friendly and positive manner, while also driving sales and maximizing revenue through effective labor management and up-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Ensure service standards are met and guests' needs are responded to in a timely manner. Work with staff to train and model best practices, and hold team members accountable for meeting service expectations.
- People Management and Training: Evaluate staff performance, coach to ensure standards are met, and motivate staff by setting goals and providing ongoing feedback.
- Financial Results and Cost Control: Assist in effective labor management through proper scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting based on business needs. Follow proper selling techniques and ensure strategies are utilized to maximize room revenues.
- Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections of front desk operations to maintain standards per CSM, local, state, and federal regulations.
- High attention to detail and good communication skills
- Leadership ability and excellent organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
