Job Summary:
San Bernardino Community College District is seeking a part-time, hourly adjunct professor to teach Emergency Medical Services courses at our two college campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and contributing to the development of our EMS program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Emergency Medical Services courses at the college level
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in EMS, or associate degree and six years of professional experience
- Current licensure as a paramedic in the State of California
- Emergency Services Educator certificate or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching EMS courses at the college level
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
