The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are well-planned, on-track, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including procurement activities, project scope definition, and budget management.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, including project scope, objectives, assumptions, critical success factors, and risk management.
  • Guide project teams to set up change control procedures and approval boards, and manage issues arising from scope creep or missing scope.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, identify dependencies and critical paths, and drive and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, scope, and timeline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on systems and network.
  • Previous work experience in the SI environment is ideal.
  • Experience in project management areas such as project bid, project matrix, pricing, SLAs, legal, finance, procurement, and overall end-to-end scope of Project Management.
  • PMP or equivalent project manager certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
