Job Summary

The Crew Chief is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the field staff, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and maintaining a high level of quality in field operations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including patients, public safety agencies, and hospital personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of field staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve field operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as training and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze field operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including public safety agencies and hospital personnel.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to field staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including field operations data and staff performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare or emergency services setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve field operations.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
