Job Opportunity

Morris & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Buyer 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend sources of materials and supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Execute timely purchases to support customer orders and inventory plans
  • Work to continually improve processes and procedures for best effectiveness
Requirements
  • One + years of experience in purchasing, preferred
  • Electromechanical commodity experience, a plus
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or technical field, preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Windows environment (Word, Excel, Explorer), a must
  • Experience with ERP/MRP system in manufacturing environment, strongly preferred (Syspro a plus)
