Pricing Analyst

Parksite/APC is seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to maintain pricing, rebate, and cost records within our enterprise-wide ERP system. This role requires collaboration with pricing, purchasing, and sales personnel to update and input vendor increases and pricing changes.

• Maintain system pricing and discounting records
• Maintain supplier rebate records
• Maintain product costs per location
• Maintain customer price pages in Excel via formulas
• Execute vendor price increases
• Communicate progress/completion to relevant parties
• Troubleshoot ERP system pricing
• Update ERP system pricing as necessary
• Become a resource that provides solutions for product and sales management
• Educate on system capabilities and standardized pricing strategy
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts including sales, purchasing, and product management
• Review metrics and key performance indicators
• Keep all pricing records up to date by following established processes
• Provide excellent sales support and maintain accurate product cost and pricing within ERP system
• Provide on-going expertise and education through regular calls, meetings, and active participation in key company training
• Complete directives based on management instructions and achieved measurable goals
• Support the sales teams by delivering reliable, accurate system pricing for sales orders and quotes
• Work closely with sales management
• Create reports reflecting metrics, objectives, and barriers/gaps
• Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments
• Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing

• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage feedback and expectations effectively

• Bachelor's degree or further education preferred
• 3+ years of experience in industry, pricing, and/or procurement
• Microsoft Suites and Excel focused
