Key Responsibilities

Achieve new business production targets as set forth.

Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.

Establish and nurture professional relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other relevant parties.

Stay informed about new products and services in the market.

Generate new business through proactive prospecting and referrals.

Excel in building and maintaining client relationships.

Utilize various communication technologies to reach potential customers.

Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.


Qualifications

A Property & Casualty insurance license is advantageous but not mandatory for application.

3-5 years of prior sales experience is preferred.

Possess a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

Demonstrate self-motivation and urgency in achieving goals.

Ability to establish relationships from the ground up.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Must be highly driven and career-oriented.
