Position Overview:

This role encompasses the comprehensive planning, execution, and enhancement of processes and support necessary for the effective delivery of products and services to our business partners, covering everything from material acquisition to final shipment.


Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties include:

  • Overseeing production order scheduling, managing releases to operations, and aligning shipments.
  • Engaging in supply chain projects and conducting data analysis.
  • Executing operations related to planning, production, and fulfilling customer demands for designated products.
  • Maintaining and optimizing business strategies and system frameworks to facilitate enterprise-wide solutions and develop accurate production plans (MPS) via SAP.

Daily Tasks:

Responsibilities include:

  • Regularly updating management on the status and performance of assigned products.
  • Managing the master production schedule to ensure material availability for customer needs while optimizing production variability and inventory levels.
  • Coordinating demand recognition for new products in MRP, including new product launches and transfers between facilities.
  • Reviewing and analyzing delivery performance to ensure compliance with critical customer contract requirements.
  • Collaborating with Product Line Management, Plant Planners, Engineering, and Plant Management for effective planning and execution.
  • Supporting ongoing business activities for the assigned product line(s).
  • Facilitating materials coordination and capacity management with divisional and plant procurement teams.
  • Measuring and comparing actual production outcomes against the production plan and forecasts.

Adjustments to ATP will be facilitated as necessary to reflect actual plant performance and production rates, with resource allocation adjustments identified based on these changes.


Production Planning Support:

Assist in production planning and master scheduling activities, which include:

  • Order management, resource planning, delivery commitments (ATP management), and production forecasting.
  • Reporting actual manufacturing results versus planned outcomes.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Production, Engineering, and Kaizen Departments.

Work closely with production coordinators and team leaders to establish both short-term and long-term expectations for the execution of the production plan.


Travel Requirements:

No travel required.


Work Schedule:

Standard office hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.


Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field is required.


Experience Requirements:

0 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.


Essential Skills:
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrated drive and commitment to tasks.
  • Flexibility to adjust priorities and tasks as needed.
  • Capability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management experience.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Soft Skills:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
