Role Summary: The Production Planner is responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and enhancement of activities essential for delivering products and services to our partners. This role encompasses the entire process from material acquisition to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production order scheduling, operations release, and shipment alignment.
  • Conduct data analysis and manage supply chain projects to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain production plans (MPS) using SAP to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Daily Tasks:

  • Provide regular updates to management regarding product status and performance.
  • Administer the master production schedule to align materials with customer demands while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Facilitate demand recognition for new products and coordinate transfers between facilities.
  • Analyze delivery performance against critical customer contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Management, Plant Planners, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage in materials coordination and capacity management with procurement teams.
  • Assess actual production outcomes against planned forecasts and adjust as necessary.
  • Support production planning and scheduling activities, including order management and delivery commitments.
  • Act as a liaison between Production, Engineering, and Kaizen Departments.
  • Work closely with production teams to establish and execute production expectations.

Work Schedule: Standard office hours

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment and drive.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills:
