Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our Hickory location. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection and that our guests receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food is prepared to company standards and specifications
  • Monitor the kitchen to ensure that food is being prepared safely and efficiently
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards
  • Work closely with our kitchen staff to resolve any quality control issues that may arise
